GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Bookings are only valid if accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The balance will be paid on the client’s arrival before the keys of the flat are handed over together with the registration of documents.
- The client remains obliged to pay the full agreed amount even if he does not take possession of the flat, takes possession of it late or vacates it early.
- Upon entering the flat, the client shall pay a deposit of € 130.00 which shall be returned upon return of the furnished property, which shall be in the same condition in which it was delivered: any damage caused by the client to the flat shall be deducted from the deposit itself, at current prices, except for any additional expenses that the client shall be required to pay.
- The client may take possession of the flat after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must return it by 10 a.m. on the last day.
- The customer undertakes to have his or her flat cleaned at the end of the stay, unless he or she wishes to have it cleaned at a cost of € 30.00.
- The client agrees not to occupy the flat with a greater number of persons than indicated in the booking: in the event of excess, the price will be agreed with the owner.
- Convention: beach cost reductions
- Possibility of additional rooms on the same floor.
These regulations are considered fully accepted at the time of booking.

The flats are located in a new area of Igea Marina “Belverde”, Via Ennio 67, not far from the centre and about 200 m from the sea, suitable for couples and families with children. They overlook the town park and are about 50 metres from a large area equipped with games and facilities for children.
The flats, newly built, are equipped with television, safe, parking space, with single entrance, located on the 1st floor and with use of washing machine. Cosy and bright, each flat has 1 or 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle, large balconies, living room-kitchen.
